Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide with FedEx or DHL, for a flat cost of USD 10 per order. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from Buenos Aires. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees charged by the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final and we do not accept exchanges. Legal rights of withdrawal for consumers in Argentina, the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom are described in our Terms.

Defective products

If your piece arrives with a defect or is not what you ordered, write to info@leandrodistefano.com with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund as required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
